Delivery & fulfillment

Digital products, courses, ebooks, software

After a successful USD payment (Stripe or PayPal), we send a receipt and download or license link to the email address entered at checkout — the same address on the Stripe/PayPal transaction. Delivery is electronic, usually within 15 minutes, and no later than 24 hours.

Keep the confirmation email. It is our record that the goods were delivered (date, product, recipient email). That record is what we provide if a payment is disputed.

Websites, CRM, and custom software

Delivery is a staging URL, then production on your domain, as stated on the order. Timelines are confirmed by email after payment.

Tax consultancy

Sessions are fulfilled by video appointment booked after payment. Written notes follow within three business days.

Subscriptions

Site care and consultancy retainers renew monthly in USD until you cancel. Cancel under Refunds & cancellation.

No physical shipping

There is no shipping charge, no carrier, and no APO/FPO parcel service. If a file does not arrive, write to support@digitalcaf.online with your order reference.
