Terms of Service
Agreement between you and DigitalCAF LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
1. The service
We sell digital goods (templates, kits, ebooks, courses), small software licenses, websites and CRM work, hosting, and tax consultancy. Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Checkout is processed by Stripe and PayPal.
2. Accounts and orders
You must provide accurate billing details. A confirmed payment creates a license or service booking. Digital downloads are delivered to the email used at checkout.
3. Licenses
Digital products and small software are licensed, not sold, for one office unless a volume license is purchased. You may not resell, scrape, or republish our courses or ebooks.
4. Consultancy
Tax consultancy is educational and operational advice. It is not legal representation, CPA attestation, or a substitute for a licensed filing where a license is required in your jurisdiction.
5. Payments
Charges appear as DIGITALCAF LLC. Recurring items (site care, retainers) renew until cancelled by emailing support@digitalcaf.online before the next billing date.
6. Acceptable use and restrictions
Do not use the site or software for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, or to attack our systems. Tax consultancy is not offered as licensed CPA, enrolled-agent, or attorney work. We do not file tax returns for you unless a separate written engagement says so.
Digital goods are provided for lawful business use. We do not sell to sanctioned parties or jurisdictions prohibited under U.S. export and OFAC rules. You are responsible for local tax on digital purchases.
7. Warranty and liability
Digital goods are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalCAF LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may have mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
